As a new customer, how can I place an order?

Straightforward! Simply register here.

When registering, please note that you need to specify your own password. Once registered, you can place products in the shopping cart and send the order.

Where will I find CAD data?

First select a product (standard part) and configure it using the item "Build & Price". The CAD data can be downloaded in the box for the selected product.

All CAD data are provided free of charge.

Can I also order as a private person?

Yes. Simply register as described above under item "As a new customer, how can I place an order?"

Will Ganter also accept orders from countries outside Germany?

Orders from abroad will be accepted, of course. Price quotations and deliveries will be made by the appropriate national agency.

How can I call Ganter to ask questions or place my order?

Can you send by express delivery?

Articles with the information "in stock" on the selection page can normally be delivered ex warehouse.
Our express service will dispatch orders within Germany received by 4:00 p.m. on the same day.
Additional costs will be charged.

Is shipment tracking possible?

We can set up shipment tracking in your customer master data so that you can follow the status of your shipments at any time.
