Product description

Latches GN 118 have a pulling-in range of 2 mm.

They are available as a left and a right version, depending on whether the locking action is left or right.

Selecting the bolt length:
l ≥ s + b + 15
Distance contact surface star knob – cross pin cam latch:
f = s + b + 8.5
s = Door thickness
b = Door frame thickness

For easier installation, the cross hole to hold the clamping pin is already fitted in the cam latch. The clamping pin is enclosed.

Guide bushing GN 118.1

For door thickness below 5 mm, the use of a Guide Bushing GN 118.1 is recommended.

A bushing, a hexagon nut and a serrated washer are supplied under this description. All parts are nickel-plated or zinc-plated.

For bolts with a length l = 24 mm, the guide bushing GN 118.1 should not be used.
